For me, Lisa, being a well-known admirer of Meme Tresia’s farm garden products, I would like to see that tasty Owambo tomatoes and spinach are grown more on Sustainche Farm. I’ve never before enjoyed any tomato and spinach with such an outstanding aroma – real Slow Food™, and I would imagine it is worth to present these product to the Chef d Cuisine at Mokuti Lodge.

Additionally, producing more Marula oil, both for the kitchen and as massage oil, is a great opportunity to diversify the income of the farm family. I’ve also heard that Meme Tresia is a family-known specialist for producing palm fruit liqueur – something that specifically the ladies like ... 🙂
