The Sustainche Farm™ Project ‘Mobilization Phase’ launched !

Yes, the Sustainche Farm™ community is still small in numbers. Hence, it is now reserved for the three months’ ‘Mobilization Phase’ ahead until end-November 2011 to considerably increase the Sustainche Farm™ community and, thus, to inspire our debates for real physical change and shape the sustainable development future of Sustainche Farm™.

For this purpose Sustainche & Lisa have made some internet research and were glad to find a very interesting internet social-network-projects platform that facilitates a variety of our efforts: betterworld.org. betterworld.org i) helps to create world-wide awareness for Sustainche Farm™ in Northern Namibia on one spot only, ii) provides opportunities for new volunteers to join the Sustainche Farm™ community, and iii) offers technical services to collect donations. Take a look on what Sustainche & Lisa already have prepared on betterworld.org by clicking the betterworld.org picture below or on the right sidebar 😉

Ok, let’s first of all do TWO things right now:

Sustainche Farm_betterworld banner1. Those that are already Sustainche Farm™ community members shall visit and register at http://www.betterworld.org  and indicate their support for the Sustainche Farm™ Project, http://www.betterplace.org/en/projects/7495-the-sustainche-farm-project-in-northern-namibia.

2. Those that are registered at http://www.betterworld.org and got to know the Sustainche Farm™ Project from this global social internet platform are kindly invited to register on the official Sustainche Farm™ Project website, http://www.sustainche-farm.org/subscribe/, thus being able to visit member-exclusive page contents and fully engage themselves in the forum debates.

Well, we also need to consider that Sustainche & Lisa jointly had convinced Tatekulu and Etosha Consult International to provide additional funding for operating the present day Sustainche Farm™ Project website two months ahead schedule ! You might remember that originally it was planned and outlined in the FAQs that a website independent from Sustainche’s Blog should be available only starting from September 2011 ! This ultimately brings us to financial issues, which we are also obligated to keep an eye on !

Being an official registered betterworld.org project and open to the worldwide public, we are well positioned for receiving donations for the benefit of the Sustainche Farm™ Project:

i) We hope to receiving donations from volunteers joining the Sustainche Farm™ community in order to cover the current project running costs and related to ongoing online media activities. As outlined in FAQs Part III, it has been envisaged from the very beginning to kindly ask for a donation of Euro 30 per registered community member as per year at the beginning of the ‘Mobilization Phase’.

ii) betterworld.org internet platform provides additional opportunities in generating donations for any kind of investment in Sustainche Farm’s™ sustainable development future that goes beyond the usual investments of the farmer family, such as e.g. photovoltaic solar panels.

Yes, we hope that our Sustainche Farm™ Project presence on betterworld.org as such can already attract more supporters. However, it is always wise to be active and utilize a well-known strategy of how to increase the number of supporters:

“You are one person. Good ! I hope that you have at least 10 friends. Tell your 10 friends about the Sustainche Farm™ Project and invite them to register. Well, each of your 10 friends shall have at least 10 friends. Tell the 10 friends of each of your 10 friends about the Sustainche Farm™ Project and invite them to register.”

Even though until today we are indeed 10 Sustainche Farm™ community members (only), by activating our network of trust & friendships it shouldn’t be utopia to welcome 100 community members in one month from today !

Join our vision and enjoy becoming a smallhold farmer in Northern Namibia ! 🙂
